Nicholas Zervos (English solicitor) is a consultant to CRB Africa Legal and a Director with Norton Rose Africa Legal. He has been permanently based in Dar es Salaam since moving there in 2006. His main expertise is in structured and project finance.
Nicholas has extensive experience of advising on power generation and distribution projects in East Africa, acting as local counsel to project sponsors on gas, wind, hydro and bio-fuel power projects.
Nicholas also has a wealth of experience acting for banks and financial institutions advising on syndicated lending, warehouse receipt finance, commodity financing and standard banking documents.
Before joining Norton Rose Africa Legal, Nicholas worked with Ringo and Associates in Tanzania for three years and prior to that was a partner with CMS Cameron Mckenna in their London and Hong Kong offices.
Nicholas obtained an LLB (hons) from the University of Nottingham in 1983.
