Abdul is a senior partner with CRB Africa Legal whose practice areas include commercial litigation, banking and finance, tax law and employment law. His banking and finance expertise includes advising on the taking and enforcing of security, debt collection and recovery in addition to syndicate finance.
Abdul also has experience of advising leading telecommunication and mining companies in Tanzania on policy and regulatory affairs and regularly advises clients on various matters relating to tax and employment law. Abdul’s commercial litigation experience ranges from general lender-borrower disputes to international arbitration having previously assisted on matters before the International Court of Arbitration and Permanent Court of Arbitration.
Before joining CRB Africa Legal Abdul spent four years working with IMMMA Advocates.
Abdul obtained an LLB from Tumanini University in 2006.
